Life. The Story of You!

Hi, I’m Christopher Vaughn and along with my lovely wife Bri we’re very fortunate to have captured the most amazing images for such wonderful people over the years. All of our clients are relaxed, fun, and down to earth.

Bri and I are both long time successful hair dressers and with my graphic design background, it was a natural progression for us to make the transition into photography. We’ve been shooting professionally since 2006.

Our foucus’s are Weddings and Lifestyle assignments. As for the Weddings, between the hair business and photography we’ve lost track of how many weddings we’ve had the opportunity to enjoy. Each Wedding has been unique and outrageous time!

What we love about lifestyle is the character and soul we are able to capture. In our eyes every lifestyle assignment has to have purpose and be a window into each of our client’s lives. Everyone has a story worth sharing!

Sometimes, Bri and I forget just how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful city. Monica and Bryan (AKA: Evil Kenevil :) could not have chosen a better place for their Wedding. It was an absolutely amazing day! We’ve had the pleasure of knowing Monica for quite some time, she was our very first hair model back many many many haircuts ago when we were just young assistants. 10-ish years ago we met at a Starbucks to talk about hair, now nearly 10 years later we’re talking and laughing about her wedding. Pretty awesome indeed. Oh hey, speaking of awesome…..

Queen Bee and the Bodyguard (Matthews’ Crew)

Easter weekend was spent with the Matthews’ Crew in Balboa Park. It has been a year since we last got to play around with the kids and yes, time flies!! We met up in the parking lot and within seconds Liam was out of the car armed with his bubble gun and mini Ray Ban Aviators, ready to protect his lil sis who was bundled up in this awesome fuzzy yellow and black striped jacket and a hot pink tutu, not to be missed!! They, as with all kids, were loaded with energy and personality and were so much fun. Izzy was convinced there were dinosaurs behind the roll up doors when the organ was being played and tried so hard to get a glimpse. super cute. But like I said, Liam was armed and ready for any dinosaur hiding out in the park.
